- Monthly transaction monitoring with high risk business rules
- Coordinate with partners and operation team to update client information from monitoring results.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties and mailbox monitoring with correspondence tracking
- Coordinate with fraud and incidents team for fraud prevention and correction
- Incident and complaint monitoring and supports (Co-ordinate with clients in case of incidents)
- Monitoring, coordinate and resolve case from Saleforce
- Support information for Call Center such as Wallet status etc.
- Be a 2nd tier of Call center to support SCB Planet Plus clients
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, business computer, IT or related field.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills to quickly response to customer or internal team
