Job Description
- จัดทำ ดูแล และควบคุมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานลานจอดรถยนต์ เช่น การออกบัตรจอดรถยนต์ บัตรจอดรถจักรยานยนต์ บัตรชั่วคราว และทะเบียนควบคุมต่าง ๆ
- บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานสถิติการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถ รายงานปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน ผู้รับเหมา และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการลานจอดรถยนต์
- สนับสนุนการควบคุมการจราจรและการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กำหนด
- ให้ข้อมูลและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่พนักงานและผู้มาติดต่อเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานลานจอดรถ
- จัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลให้เป็นระบบ สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
