Job Description
- ควบคุมดูแลและรับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติงานทางด้านสิทธิผลประโยชน์และควบคุมหลักทรัพย์ จาการลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์ของลูกค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ อาทิเช่น การรวบรวม แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร, เงินปันผล, ดอกเบี้ยหุ้นกู้, เงินต้นครบกำหนด, การจองซื้อหุ้นเพิ่มทุน, Tender offer เป็นต้น
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น TSD, นายทะเบียน Global Custodian หรือ Clearing House ในต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ ที่เกิดจากการลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์ในและต่างประเทศ
- ดำเนินการด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ในการรวบรวมข่าวสารจากระบบงาน Bloomberg และสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจาก Global Custodian หรือ Clearing House ผ่าน SWIFT MT564-568
- ดำเนินการขอคืนภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายที่ถูกหักจากการลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์ต่างประเทศ
- การเบิกถอน-ฝากหลักทรัพย์ / เอกสารสำคัญต่าง ๆ ของลูกค้า ประเภท Script ที่จัดเก็บภายในห้องมั่นคงเพื่อรับ-ส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้าหรือ Counter Party ตามคำสั่งของลูกค้า
- กระทบยอดหลักทรัพย์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ (Securities Reconciliation) ระหว่างข้อมูลของระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Hiport , Inventory, TSD และ Global Custodian เป็นต้น
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงินการธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์ การบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้าน Corporate Action ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการดำเนินการ W8BEN
- มีความรู้ด้านหลักทรัพย์ การเงินการธนาคาร และโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี สามารถอ่าน พูด เขียน สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดี
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
