Regulatory Compliance (AVP)

atBank of China (Thai) PCL
  • Summarize the BOT/SEC regulations and communicate to the relevant business units.
  • Provide consultations and advice to the relevant business units for regulatory issues and concerns.
  • Provide compliance training to the relevant business units on the regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with BOT/SEC on all compliance issues.
  • Perform Compliance Monitoring Review in accordance with an Annual Compliance Plan.
  • Review and revise the bank's policies and procedures to be in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or any related fields.
  • Thai nationality only.
  • More than 8 years of Compliance experiences.
  • Familiar with some local regulator of Financial Institution.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
