Your role:

• Provide a consolidated view of all projects, consolidate all information and documents correctly and build a project dashboard / configurable report specifically for stakeholders to ensure that all the deadlines are achieved on time with all the artifacts and processes are being followed
• Collaborating with PO leaders to define, prioritize, and maintains the sprint backlog, incident for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders for future product development
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
• As platform owner, to work with customer complaint and app support team to handle complaints, provide appropriate response, solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment
• Developing effective training material, internal communication and artwork to properly communicate to related parties and touchpoints
• Perform Testing (UAT,PVT) and ensure deployment successfully for both function requirement and non-function requirement.

Requirement:

• Have experience in PMO, Product Owner and/or Product Development
• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, new products/features etc.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, strong problem-solving skill and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Have service minded, excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
