Job Objective :
Responsible for leading, strategizing, and driving the telesales team to achieve loan disbursement targets. This role focuses on optimizing conversion rates, managing lead distribution, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and maintaining high team morale within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement: Drive the daily, weekly, and monthly unsecured loan disbursement targets, Personal loan and related Product.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Supervise, mentor, and coach Telesales Supervisors and Agents to improve closing techniques and handling objections.
Lead Management Optimization: Analyze and distribute customer databases (leads) efficiently to maximize the Conversion Rate and Return on Investment (ROI).
Performance Monitoring: Track call metrics, daily productivity, talk time, and sales pipelines using CRM systems and dashboards.
Quality & Compliance (Market Conduct): Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure all calls comply with Central Bank regulations, Data Privacy Laws (PDPA), and fair lending practices.
Talent Retention & Motivation: Design competitive commission schemes, incentive programs, and career paths to minimize staff turnover.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Total Disbursement Volume: Total monetary value of loans approved and disbursed.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads successfully converted into closed loan accounts.
Service Level & Quality Score: Adherence to script compliance and regulatory checks.
Job Requirements :
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Telesales/Outbound Call Centers
At least 2-3 years in a managerial role specifically handling unsecured loans, personal loans, or credit cards.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail banking products, credit scoring risk assessment, and financial regulations.
Data Literacy: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), automated dialers, and advanced Excel to generate actionable sales reports.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, high emotional intelligence (EQ), sharp negotiation skills, and ability to work under high pressure
Data & Executive Reporting: Strong ability to consolidate and analyze sales performance, prepare sales reports and KPI dashboards, identify key performance trends and actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
