หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ร่วมกำหนดแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของธนาคาร พร้อมทั้งเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจให้กับทุกสายงาน เพื่อให้สายงานสามารถกำหนดแผนรองรับกับแผนกลยุทธ์องค์กร และสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ เป้าหมายในการดำเนินงานให้สามารถบรรลุถึงวิสัยทัศน์ และพันธกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดตามการดำเนินงานขององค์กร และสายงานต่างๆ ตามแผนกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมาย
- วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและปัจจัยทางธุรกิจต่างๆ รวมถึงติดตามผลการดำเนินงานเปรียบเทียบกับธนาคารคู่เทียบเพื่อคาดการณ์แนวโน้มทางธุรกิจ และเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ และติดตามวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการดำเนินธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เช่น Digital Banking ธุรกิจต่างประเทศ การร่วมทุน Partnership Merger & Acquisition
คุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด วิศวกรรมศาสตร์วิทยาศาสตร์ (สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์) หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์ การบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ การวิจัยและพัฒนา และการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจธุรกิจธนาคารในภาพรวม ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ รวมถึงมีความรู้ด้านการตลาด
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและให้คำปรึกษา
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
