Main Dutiesand Responsibility

• Execute campaign and ensure timeline and result to be achieved as planned
• Coordinate with product, marketing, channels and related parties for campaign target, offering, mechanic, communication message/material and plan etc.
• Understand customer persona/insight and design key communication message and good campaign’s customer journey
• Ensure accuracy of campaign mechanic and communication before launching
• Monitor adoption and track campaign results against plan to achieve target
• Gather feedback from channels and customers to improve in the next campaign
• Summarize lesson learn and campaign result in presentation or dashboard format

Qualifications and required experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in, business administration, marketing, economics or related fields.
• Prior experience in marketing strategy, product, customer segment or CRM campaign
• Good analysis skill
• Good communication and coordination/interpersonal skills.
• Have well-rounded knowledge related to banking business or financial institution.
• Technical Skill: SQL, SAS, Python
