• Lead and establish strategies of CFS Portfolio Management to ensure achievement MTBP target, particularly in Personal Loan, Sales Finance and Credit Card of Krungsri First Choice.
• Identify opportunities, initiate strategies and ensure smooth execution of segmentation campaigns and offerings to improve customers' spending, activity rate, active rate, and utilization with an appropriate pricing strategy to ensure portfolio quality and profitability.
• Design and develop loyalty platform; Identify high-value and potential high-value customers for developing customer relationships strategy to convert potential high-value customers into highly satisfied and engaged customers, resulting in high card activation, utilization and retention.
• Drive growth and closely monitor key KPI of 3 in 1 and Nano products to ensure overall product healthiness (such as volume, activation rate, active rate, activity rate utilization rate, attrition rate and etc.) and provide effective remedy when needed.
• Ensure all the existing base compliance with rules, regulations, and guideline from related authorities and functions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Experience working minimum 5 years experiences in Bank or Non-Bank (Financial Product & Analytics)
• Good in English communication
• Excellent communication skill
