Head of Client Acquisition and Portfolio Management Section
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)Job Purpose:
To lead the strategy, planning and execution of client acquisition and portfolio expansion initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving growth in client base, increasing wallet share, and improving portfolio performance through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead acquisition and retention initiatives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various departments.
- Analyze industry trends, customer insight, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and guide campaign strategy.
- Design, develop, and implement acquisition and portfolio expansion activities to drive client growth.
- Partner with SME, CIB, and other related entities to cross-sell wealth management services through referrals and joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with CRM team to launch effective campaigns for branches and Relationship Manager (RMs), aiming to increase penetration, volume, and fee-bases income.
- Coordinate with strategic partners to explore and convert new customer opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics across all activities and apply insights for ongoing process improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to achieve acquisition and portfolio targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or portfolio management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in campaign management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
