Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) — Krungsri Supply Chain (KSB)

About the Role

Krungsri Supply Chain (KSB) is one of Krungsri Nimble's flagship platforms, delivering supply chain finance solutions to corporate and SME clients. We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer who can work confidently across our stack — building responsive, secure front-end experiences and robust, performant back-end services — to help us scale KSB's feature set and infrastructure.

## What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the KSB platform, from UI to database

- Develop front-end applications using .NET MVC, ensuring clean, maintainable, and secure server-rendered views

- Build and extend back-end services and APIs in Go, focused on performance, reliability, and clean architecture

- Design and optimize schemas, queries, and stored procedures in MSSQL Server

- Collaborate with the Solution Architect and squad members on technical design, code reviews, and estimation

- Participate in the full SDLC: requirements analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and support

- Write and maintain unit/integration tests, and support CI/CD pipeline health

- Investigate and resolve production issues, contributing to root-cause analysis and post-mortems

- Contribute to technical documentation (architecture notes, API specs, runbooks)

- Actively use AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed, and share practical learnings with the team

## Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of professional software development experience

- Solid hands-on experience with .NET / .NET MVC for front-end/web application development

- Solid hands-on experience with Go (Golang) for back-end/API development

- Strong working knowledge of MSSQL Server — schema design, query optimization, stored procedures/functions

- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code review practices

- Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, OOP, testing practices, secure coding basics

- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment

- Good communication skills in English and/or Thai (Thai preferred for team collaboration; English for documentation)

## Nice to Have

- Exposure to banking, fintech, or supply chain finance systems

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

- Familiarity with message queue systems (e.g., IBM MQ, Kafka)

- Practical experience using AI coding assistants in a professional development workflow — this is a genuine plus, not just a checkbox; we're building an engineering culture around AI-augmented delivery

- Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jira, GitLab CI, or similar)

- Basic understanding of PDPA and financial industry compliance/security requirements

## What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

- Ships mid-complexity features independently across the full stack (MVC front-end
→ Go service
→ MSSQL)

- Writes code that passes review with minimal rework; follows KSB coding standards

- Actively contributes in sprint grooming/estimation with reasonably accurate sizing

- Demonstrates growing ownership of at least one service/module area

- Uses AI-assisted tooling productively as part of daily workflow
