Corporate Affairs
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)- Assist Head of Corporate Affairs to formulate strategic plans, action plans, and collaborative frameworks (internally and externally) to strengthen Krungsri’s business relations and achievements, as well as reputation as Thailand’s top-tier financial group through corporate affairs mandates.
- Build & enhance good relationships with government agencies, including the Bank of Thailand, the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and business and industry associations, including international/regional organizations, the Thai Bankers’ Association, associations supervised by government agencies, and associations of public benefit organizations, to reflect the Bank’s position as a D-SIB.
- Represent Krungsri with designated stances and objectives as agreed by the Bank and/or in alignment with missions, business plans, annual targets and Medium-Term Business Plan (MTBP).
- Assist Head of Corporate Affairs in taking an active role to support Thai banking industry development through sharing MUFG’s and partner banks’ best practices for business operations/models.
- Assist Head of Corporate Affairs in providing strategic support across Krungsri Group in managing the relationships vis-à-vis the mentioned organizations to the benefits of Krungsri Group and key stakeholders.
- Manage collaborations and relationships with MUFG towards goals, targets, and mutual benefits as well as support and ensure alignments with MUFG business directions and target
- Leverage industry/corporate partnerships to benefit ESG projects and support Business Units (i.e., RMs) in leveraging Krungsri partnerships in supporting clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Political Sciences, Economics, Finance or related fields
- 5+ years of banking experience in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations, or Corporate Secretary
- Have knowledge in Economic & Capital Market, Banking sector & products, Finance and Accounting, SEC, SET, and BoT regulations & rules.
- Have excellent communication skills with written and verbal skills.
- Have excellent in using Microsoft Power Point and MS Word
