Business Analyst / Project Manager (Business Transformation)
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)- Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities
- Analyze business requirements and processes and communicate these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates from organization
- Review test scenarios and test plans to be used in testing business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system designed
- Assist in analyzing testing results throughout the project
- Facilitate meetings with Business users to gather business requirements and document preparation
- Assist in coordinating business anlaysis tasks on the project and provide support to other team members
- Assist in analyzing results in all phases
- Assist with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis in Commercial banking business Credit process or/and financial industry
- Good command of English
- Interpersonal and good communication skills
- Presentation skill
- Analytical thinking with ability of data analysis and resolve complex problems
