ขอบเขตงาน

• รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงินคู่ค้า และเอกสารการเบิก/ เคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่าย ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• วิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบและบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (คู่ค้า พนักงาน) และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ ค่าซื้อสินค้า/ ผลิตภัณฑ์/ วัตถุดิบ/ ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ เพื่อการผลิตหรือการจำหน่ายหรือใช้ภายในกิจการของ TOAP
• รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบและบันทึกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภาษีซื้อ) รวมถึงตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบกำกับภาษี
• ตรวจสอบและบันทึกการเบิกจ่าย รวมทั้งเคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่ายของพนักงาน TOAP และค่า shipping ของกรมศุลกากร

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญี
• มีประสบการณ์งานด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ 0-2 ปี
• มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และเคยผ่านการใช้งานโปรแกรม SAP
