Secretary (Interpreter) (Thai – English)

atSouthe East Life Insurance PCL

Perform variety of secretarial duties and administrative support to management.

  • Manage and maintain executive's schedules, calendar arrangement and confirm appointment.
  • Prepare and pre screen document before passing to Executive and keep records and filling.
  • Arrange all domestic and overseas travelling such as flight ticket, hotel reservation and transportation, business trip.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external parties.
  • Interpreter between Thai to English language
  • Translate documents
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related field
  • Have education background from Secretary college will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience as Executive Secretary to Executive Level
  • Have experiences in Interpreter
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officer ( Excel, Power points)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills
  • Detail orientation and willing to work on project assignments
