atThe Stock Exchange of Thailand- Work under supervision to guide and acknowledge departments/staff in conducting department activities within the letter and spirit of law to ensure legal compliance, to protect the organization from legal liabilities and to support decisions for the new business strategies;
- Review and draft contracts and legal documents in alignment with SET organizational strategy and "for-profit" direction including participating in contract negotiation;
- Give the legal opinions on tax issues related to SET's group business; and
- Monitor legislation and legal developments of relating law in regard to SET's group business and proactively taking the necessary action to influence the legislation wherever appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree
- Having experience in capital market industry or international law firm would be advantage;
- Good knowledge in Securities and Exchange Act., tax law, intellectual property law, labor law, and business law;
- Having experience in area of corporate and commercial law;
- Good background in drafting and negotiating the contracts both Thai and English languages;
- Logical thinking, good leadership skill and planning with innovative, communication. presentation and negotiation skills; and
- Positive attitude, willing to learn new things and can work well under pressure and going good team player;
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; (TOEIC score of 600+ is required).
