- ทีม : ดูแลชั้นวางสินค้า ดัดแปลงหากจำเป็นและทำให้น่าดึงดูด มีประเภทกีฬาเฉพาะเจาะจงของตัวเองเพื่อจะได้วิเคราะห์การตัดสินใจในกีฬานั้น
- ลูกค้า : บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ มีความรู้ในด้านของอุปกรณ์กีฬา และสามารถให้คำแนะนำในตัวสินค้าได้อย่างดี
- สินค้า : มั่นใจว่าสต็อกสินค้านั้นถูกต้องแม่นยำและการหนุมเวียนสต๊อกมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถปรับราคาสินค้าให้มีราคาที่ถูกที่สุดได้ตลอดเวลา
- ภารกิจ : มั่นใจว่าจะค้นพบอะไรบางอย่างในบริษัทที่ชื่นชอบและทำได้ดี มีความพยายามที่จะพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลา ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ในเรื่องของการจัดส่งของ การติดต่อสื่อสาร การออกแบบ การให้บริการลูกค้า เป็นต้น
- ความตั้งใจในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มุ่งมั่นในการทำงานด้วยตนเองและช่วยเหลือเพื่อร่วมงาน
