Senior Manager, Media Management (Online)

atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)

Accountability:

  • Obtain media brief to execute and control media strategy, selection in order to achieve the agreed objective, ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage and engage external parties i.e. media agency or media partner to perform media selection and buying efficiency and optimization.
  • Engage and cooperate internal parties i.e. Marcom, Owned media, In-House to synchronize IMC plan.
  • Cooperate and follow up all media execution to ensure overall deliverables within budget allocation and on time.
  • Follow up post buy media reports to engage marcom and others related for post campaign evaluation.
  • Seek new or creative media opportunity to enhance or strengthen branding or campaign idea.
  • Review or initiate media proposals to ensure all deliverables and media objectives.
  • Ensure all media allocations to align with media business or strategic investment direction.
  • Strategically plan and recommend in oversee the business unit which responsible.
  • Minimise process to move team from daily operation to media creativity or innovative use of media.

Empowerment:

  • Lead a paid media direction and process of business unit which responsible.
  • Making decision on media budget allocation and media selection within the agreed scope of the project engaged with key stakeholders i.e. marcom and related parties.
  • Supervise team/agency to optimize all media buying and execution to ensure efficiency and deliverable in time.
  • year experience in media planning or media specialist, preferably in digital.
  • Possess the strategic thinking, analysis with the ability to communicate.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks/projects, work under pressure and meeting time line.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  • Good attitude on dynamic changes and learning in online media landscape, platforms, formats and technologies. Including fragments of online media ecosystem.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Mass Communication or in a related field
  • In-trend with online marketing and new social media site/platforms.
  • Ability to effectively work and drive cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in horizontal and vertical.
  • Digital media data analytical and tools to cope with dynamic results in the market on time for optimisation.
