Officer, Emquartier Service Hall
atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)To perform sales activities and provide basic customer services to achieve performance targets and deliver target customer experience
- Provide information and suggestion about the products, promotions and services to the customers
- Perform change customer information, services and products to the customers
- Perform bill payment service to and refill to the customers
- Perform registration for new number, port-in, change Prepaid to Postpaid
- Complaint handling
- Be accountable in gross additional subscriber and upselling target
- Can perform One Stop Service
- Can perform retention
- Manage queue in Service Hall to be in standard SLA that are
- Cashier waiting time <= 7 mins
- CS and One Stop Service waiting time = 15-12 mins
- Perform service for customer after working hour if there is customers in queue
- Perform check money reconcile to report, find the gap until it equal and collect it to Cashier on daily basis
- Experience working in sales and/or customer service
- Positive personality & Good communication skills.
- Good/Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literate of the Microsoft Office programs.
