HR Business Partner Manager (HRBP Manager)

atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)

To perform activities for HR management implementation of assigned business unit to ensure alignment with people strategy and the HR management frameworks.

  • Perform activities to support the development of short-term & long-term HR management execution plan specific for assigned BU in each function, in order to determine the most timely and appropriate actions to be taken in a timely manner.
  • Work with employees in assigned BU to create understanding on HR management and development policies and to attend to issues or requirements within each function.
  • Maintain an understanding of all on-going HR management and development frameworks, processes and tools, in order to support line managers in executing its activities, such as employees' merit increase, promotions, and performance evaluation criteria development.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to come up with the solution to address specific HR management implementation issue raised from each function.
  • Perform communication activities to ensure understanding of all on-going HR management & development frameworks, processes and tools, in order to support line managers in executing its activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate accurate implementation of on-going frameworks to ensure efficiency and alignment with key criteria of planning.
  • Coordinate with line functions in regards to employees' exit management (such as exit interviews), in order to ensure that line managers receive any support in regards to HR practices identify and respond appropriately, in order to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational excellence.
  • Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments / teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement / cost reduction opportunities.
  • Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve patterned problems.
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in HR role, preferably in HR Business Partner, HRM.
  • Good English communication, very proficient in PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Strong in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience in HR end-to-end process, with background knowledge in HR regulations & labor laws.
