AVP, HROD [ HR Organization Development ]

atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)

Role

  • Partner with relevant HR teams to assess and understand business needs & challenges to identify, design and implement effective HROD strategy, interventions and initiatives aligned with business strategy and ambition 2020 – To be # 1 Digital Brand in Thailand.
  • Ensure respective HROD interventions are designed and execute effectively i.e. Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Organization & Job Redesign, Competency & Career Management, HR Policy & Process Transformation.
  • Other HROD interventions: Work with other OD members to provide tools and supports to implement major changes of organization; culture transformation, core values embedment and related OD interventions e.g. employee engagement and retention, HR analytics, digital employee experience and HR communication and etc. Digital Employee Experience Project: Jointly with Project Manager to design and enhance Digital Workplace and related HR application and digital platform & solutions.
  • OD Solution and HR Project: Partner with other HR teams (CoE, HRS and HRBPs) to design and deliver OD related solutions to business/functional units including work on HR project/priorities where relevant.
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) to provide OD related principle, technical support, trend information and best practice to related HR teams and business/functional units upon request.
  • Manage end-to-end projects as agreed project proposal under supervision of OD Head.
  • Monitor and report related HROD system implementation, project progress and measure project performance with appropriate methodology.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organization Development, Human Resources, Organization Change, Organization Management, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years relevant work experience (minimum 5 years of managerial experience) in HROD in consulting firms and/or corporations.
  • Previous experience in planning, design and executing HROD intervention/program for difference industries is advantage.
  • Business mindset in aligning HR transformation objectives with the business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills with the confidence to resonate with top management.
  • Strong diagnostics, data analytic, connectedness and problem solving abilities.
  • Mature, proactive, stakeholder and customer focused.
  • Can be independent, self-starter as well as demonstrate a sense of urgency and high learning agility. Comfort with ambiguity and dynamic rapid changes.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work within a dynamic work environment, under pressure and deal with complex topics.
  • Excellent Thai and English communication skills.
