Assistant Manager, Personalized Marketing
atTotal Access Communication PCL (dtac)- Develop and manage personalize marketing campaigns across channels (both traditional & digital channels)
- Identify initiatives/new ideas/new techniques for improving campaign results according to feedback from channels and its performance
- Design the core engine/business logic for campaigns target/moment of contact and offers according to customer interact journey and their behaviour
- Provide high level of campaign requirement to campaign solution/development team
- Collaborating with prepaid marketing/sale & distribution/customer service to delivery and maximize efficiency in campaigns launched
- Track & Evaluate performance of launched campaigns with regular reports/analysis provide
- End-to-End managing for segmented prepaid to maximize life time revenue & best customer experience
- IT and MBA background are needed
- SQL and data analysis are mandatory skill needed
- Experienced in CRM and target-based marketing campaign with proven result more than 2 years
- With Knowledge and experience in digital marketing/personalized marketing/marketing analytic projects are preferable
- Having logical thinking with analytical skill to identify business values
- Eager to learn new things with high passion to make things happen
- Good in presentation and communication skill
