Customer Implementation Specialist
atDHL Global Forwarding (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Supports & drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to
- Implementation procedures.
- Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process
- are met and followed up.
- Establishes / Monitors and steers on country implementation KPIs and delivery
- against defined targets.
- Ensures that all implementation tasks are performed
- Preferable Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experiences preferable in Logistics or any related experiences.
- Verbal and numerical reasoning, ability to draw sound conclusion
- Strong analytical and data representation skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage change/conflicts
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent PC skills (including MS Excel/Office)
