- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา ไฟฟ้า/ไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือเครื่องกล
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ถึง 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์งานติดตั้งหรือซ่อมบำรุงระบบอาคาร เช่น ไฟฟ้า แอร์ สุขาภิบาล ระบบดับเพลิงและป้องกันอัคคีภัย ระบบไฟฟ้าแรงสูง หม้อแปลง
- เพศ ชาย อายุ 25 – 40 ปี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และ ทำงาน 6 วัน พัก 2 วัน
- พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาความสามารถ ขยันและตรงต่อเวลา มีใจบริการ
- ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเคอร์ และโปรแกรม Word / Excel
- สามารถสื่อสารฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร ระบบไฟฟ้า, ประปา, แอร์, สุขาภิบาล, ระบบดับเพลิง ระบบไฟฟ้าแรงสูง หม้อแปลง ตามแผนการทำงาน
- จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกการตรวจสอบ หรือบำรุงรักษา ระบบ อุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข
- บริหารจัดการอะไหล่
- เรียนรู้และพัฒนาความสามารถ ขยันและตรงต่อเวลามีความพร้อมตลอดเวลา
- วิเคราะห์ ให้คำแนะนำและบริการด้านเทคนิค เช่น บริการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซม
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการบริการ และแก้ไขปัญหา ที่กำหนดไว้ให้สำเร็จ
