• Actively lead part of the finance/controlling function covering P/L, B/S, Cash, and assets management, including Budgeting / Forecasting / Actual.

• Oversee monthly cost center spend and ensuring expenses are in line with the approved budget

What do You need to qualify for this job?

• 10+ years of experience in key financial functions like controlling, accounting etc. in multinational companies, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Solid accounting knowledge, understand IFRS, CPA or ACCA is preferred
• advanced knowledge about contract, tax and laws
• With the knowledge and experience of commercial operation, performance controlling, , cost controlling, strategic business planning, etc.
• Strong analytic skills, experience in digital reporting and process automation
• Quick learner, especially in digitalization tools such as Qliksense, etc.
• Strong leadership skill, strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Growth mindset and able to think ahead / curiosity to find new ways to meet challenges and solve problems, be open-minded for changes / new opportunities. Take ownership of the topics.
• Master's degree in Accounting / Finance / Science / Engineering / is preferred
• Fluent in written and oral English
