Then come in and join our Thailand team as Senior Logistics Officer to support our import and export operations for In-Vitro Diagnostics Business.

Your mission and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for controlling, managing and be accountable all aspects of customs, duties, tariffs, and international freight
• You will prepare the associated document set for import customs declaration & clearance and ensure that customs practices and standards are maintained in line with regulation & compliance
• You will classify Harmonized System (HS) Codes per commodity to define the import duty rate comply with Thai Customs regulation & law
• You will use Siemens Healthineers in-house and other applications to facilitate the customs brokerage and transit offerings, including liaising with transport companies and clients regarding claiming cargo
• You will notify the delivery shipment details with related documents provided to customers
• You will create the import & export shipment tracking & input multiple dimensions of information recorded and allocate logistic cost per transaction
• You will coordinate with our internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Project Manager, Sales
• You will work closely with Thai government such as Thai FDA, Thai customs, TISI, DIW
• You will be assigned special tasks for new Siemens Healthineers systems development

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in import/export industry with knowledge of customs
• You have experience in completing customs clearance declarations (Air & Ocean - Import & Export)
• Preferable with customs specialist certificate

Your personality and skills:

• You are meticulous and detail orientated
• You are self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude
• You are a good team player
• You have a strong interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office
• You are proficient in Thai and English both written and spoken
