Residential Sales Officer

- To sell project units represented by CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
- Advising local and international clients on their property requirements
- Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities
- Manage and support clients' requirements, contracts, etc.
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, aged 22-28 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields
- Able to communicate effectively in written & spoken English
- Computer literacy is a must (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Dynamic, energetic and pleasant personality. Ability to negotiate is a plus
- Able to relocate to work at assigned locations including Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Khao Yai area.
