RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate a project’s marketing consultancy, acting as main contact and meeting with clients.
- Develop marketing plans and execution, marketing budgets, and advertising campaigns both online and offline.
- Support the management and optimization of social media platforms, contributing to content creation and curation, including websites and email campaigns.
- Implement informative presentations that use viable marketing strategies, plans, and public relations strategies.
- Present complex information to clients from different business backgrounds in an easy-to-understand way, and with confidence.
- Assist in marketing administration works and coordinate marketing-related assignments.
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload and deliver assignments within tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, finance, economics or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience in real estate.
- Excellent command of English and Thai.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Office (graphic design skills are a plus).
- Basic experience or familiarity with marketing channels including social media, online advertising, PR, and event marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with analytical and creative abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
