Assistant Manager - Online Marketing

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Job Summary: The Travel Marketing Assistant Manager will report directly to Travel Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of marketing programs of travel insurance business including marketing researching, planning, implementing, advertising/promoting, and analyzing marketing campaigns both online and offline channel in conjunction with the marketing lead to meet organizational objectives.
Executes and enforces online and offline Travel insurance marketing campaigns and assists in managing all marketing support services include media advertising, promotion, events and internal department requests for communicate current and upcoming promotional activities
Set up product, execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling and insights to drive acquisition & sales revenue
Independently manage day-to-day Travel Insurance operations and facilitate a smooth running of Travel business operations including all marketing materials and manage online marketing activity including PPC, SEO, Programmatic display and retargeting, affiliate, Social ads & video
Tracking and recording campaign performance, coordinating necessary materials, and monitoring sales and metrics associated with activities when possible.
Assists in managing and oversight of the marketing efforts for all communication for the company in the social media sphere, with a consistent and appropriate voice. Monitors social media and web for opportunities to engage in active and relevant conversations with marketing campaigns.
Assisting in the budget process for the department by providing recommendations; supports compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.
Maintains relationships with both internal and external i.e. media agency and vendor to ensure the functionality, timely, accurate, and cost effective production campaigns and coordination of the department's activities
Support Travel Marketing Manager by researching and identifying opportunities or challenges to improve performance ,market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Be able to work at pace, prioritize workload and maintain accuracy at all times
Contribute to the wider success of the organization by willingly undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as required in line with the purpose of the position.


Qualifications / Specific Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in travel industries or digital marketing industries
Expert knowledge in the latest in digital, social media technology and travel industries and how to best leverage for marketing programs
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Social media platform (Online analytics i.e. Google AdWords etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures with detail-oriented approach
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing duties.
Creative and innovative related to travel trends
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage conflicting deadlines and requirements.
Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter
Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
