What will you do:
- Lead and manage technical delivery teams across multiple projects, ensuring excellence in service quality and client satisfaction
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating technical risks
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships between outsourcing providers, clients, and vendors
- Develop and execute competency plans for team members, focusing on technical excellence and professional growth
- Monitor and optimize service delivery processes while conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement
