People Experience Specialist
atChanel (Thailand) LimitedThe People Experience team drives people-centricity and is the key to enhance employee experience, engagement, and well-being in Chanel, championing best workplace practices and delivering quality HR service to the workforce. He/She is a key influencer and advocate to perpetuate Chanel's culture and values.
As the primary contact point to employees on employee matters, People Experience proactively curates a meaningful journey throughout the employee lifecycle, identifying and improving critical touchpoints to attract, engage and retain people / talents.
This position is a senior human resources generalist responsible for supporting an organization within every area of a company's human resources and administration operations. Involved in a range of activities required cover areas such as HRIS, employee records, employee engagement & welfare activities, internal communication, benefits & mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Wellbeing
- Support Diversity and Inclusion strategy through relevant action plan for market and designated employee segments
- Accountable to maintain/create internal employee portal(s), i.e. Connecting-with-you ensuring posting contents are updated and engage internal users.
- Lead and plan monthly engagement activity(s) i.e. Get Together for all division to enrich the program design
- Support in delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning, and calendar of activity to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Be a part of CSR committee members to promote and deliver key commitments.
- Responsible of Thai-English/English-Thai translations in all employee communication, and materials
- Develop effective internal communication channels to gather/collect employees' insights to build on employee experience i.e. Focus group, local market survey etc.
- Provide quarterly reports with proposed solutions to ODHR GM
- Accountable for engagement budget tracking
- Support for any other ad-hoc assignment
Benefits Administration and Welfare
- Drive benefits administration process, partnering Business Services for effective management of the rewards and benefits process
- Provides inputs and recommendations to enhance EVP, experience ('recognise and rewards me') and wellness of employees
- Accountable for administration process of annual physical checkup, health insurance, provident fund, physical wellness program, token of congrats and condolences, service award, etc.
- Manage group insurance employee data (enrollment, termination, data change) and insurance claim
- Support benefit products related process: Dressing allowance, Long Service Award, Fashion Staff Purchase, F&BP Product allowance
- Responsible for administering the leave and absence programs
- Facilitate and support local market C&B policies are relevant and updated
- Manage letter for working visa for non-Chanel Thailand employees
Employee Support and Relations
- Key contact points for employees and act as bridge between managers and employees.
- Employee touchpoint for critical and personnel issues: Grievances, performance, mobility, bonus, benefits
- Ensure employee working conditions according to health and occupational safety standard and law
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles; preferably working in a multinational company
- Having experience in Compensation & benefit, Payroll, HRIS (Workday, EZY HR) and Organizational Development would be an advantage
- Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws
- Strong experience in project management
- Fluent in English & Thai in writing, speaking, and reading
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, (must do Advanced Excel i.e. Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc) with HR related information system preferred.
- Ability to produce video/creative content is a plus.
