- Sales transaction data entry
- Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
- Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
- Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
- Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
- Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
- Support team work load if needed
- Prepare report upon request from manager
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 23-30 years
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Have a knowledge and experience in Import and Export
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
- Preferable:
- Have working experience in Japanese company
- Able to join immediately
