Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:45-17:15(Mon-Fri)
- Coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure the shipping schedule and quality of products
- Issue & receive PO (Purchase Order) and prepare the documents regards to export & import
- Issue shipping documents, payment slip, tax invoice etc. and coordinating between sales and accounting department to get the payment on time
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Thai nationality, Female, age 24-29 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as Sales coordinator or Sales support
- Good command of English (Conversational speaking level and write correctly )
- Friendly and maintain good relationship with colleagues
- <Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Input data in BOI system is advantage
