- Prepare the contract for the sales team when they have a plan to meet the clients
- Prepare invoice for the sales team when receive order
- Prepare necessary documents for sales team every single time they are going to meet the clients such as brochures, price, etc.
- Coordinates with other related department to ensure that everything running smoothly
- Other Tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, Female, Age 22-25 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Good command in English skill
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office is a must
- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Polite, responsible and reliable
- Can work under pressure with analytical and organizational skills
- Outgoing and have service mind
