Workplace Area: Near J-Park, Chonburi Working Hour: 5 days working in Mon-Sun, 4 Shift (8 hours) per day. 6:00- 15:00/ 10:00-19:00/ 14:00-23:00/ 22:00-07:00
- Receiving incoming call and give the necessary information to the customer
- Welcome new customer and existing customer when they visit reception
- Serve tea and coffee when customer visit reception
- Respond any requests from customer in professional way
- Coordinate with sales team, engineer team, accounting team well in according to customer's inquiry
- Record customer information in the report
- Coordinate with facility engineer to solve the facility's problem quickly
- Other task might be assigned
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 27-33 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 year's working experience in hospitality, customer service field
- Be able to commute to work by themselves
- Advanced conversation level of English (High)
- Be able to work in night shift and also work on Sat-Sun
- Have Good customer oriented mind and Hospitality mind
- <Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese language skill is high advantage
