- Planning and construction site management
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any
- Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner
- Coordinate with Japanese Head Quarter
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese
- Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years' experience in Project Management/ Project Coordinator
- Some experience in Construction / Real Estate Company
- Strong in site management
- Able to communicate in English (Speaking and making a report)
