- Develop Marketing Campaign and marketing promotion
- Take care of Social Media such as Facebook, Line ads
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends
- Analyzing brand performance, competitors' movement, market trends and opportunities
- Research market trends, customer demographics and drive creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 year experience as marketing
- Have experience related with condominium or some building project
- Have a good negotiation skill
- Interested in Real estate business
- PC Skill (MS Office)
- Good command of English
