- Take responsibility for Division's sales target to achieve as sales manager.
- Set strategic sales & marketing planning to maintain existing customer and expand business to prospect customer
- Handled sales performance, and marketing activity to ensure achievement of sales target and company profit objectives (Visiting by your own car)
- Visit client with sales staffs
- Manage subordinate's sales performance
- Coordinate with concern parties
- Provide report to management
- Other tasks assign by JP Management
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Working experience as Insurance broker or in Insurance Company at least three years
- License Holder of active Life and Non-life insurance
- English - Advanced conversation level (Internal communication)
