- Support legal advice & legal review on several types of Contract
- Draft, review and negotiate various business contract (with suppliers, customers, service venders, etc.)
- Provide advice on wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labor, competition, etc.)
- Draft and review internal company rules and regulations
- Coordinate with legal teams in HQ and other regions
- Coordinate with external lawyer for legal case action taken
- Provide report to management
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in possess Attorneys of LAW (of Thailand)
- Laws License is strongly required
- Able to review contract in English
- Experience in construction company
