About the company Products: Manufacture of Commercial Vehicles and Pickup Trucks Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts
Workplace Area: Phrapra-daeng, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri and some Sat)
- Draft and review commercial contracts and documents, including meeting with relevant parties with respect to contract matter
- Provide legal advice on legal related matters so as to minimize potential legal risk and cope with the company's business operation
- Coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source
- Research laws and government regulations for all department awareness and action
- Complete all assignment assign
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Law with a Thai lawyer license/ Barrister at law
- At least 3 - 6 years' experience in corporate legal field
- Strong experience in drafting & reviewing contract or legal documents and handing labor dispute & litigation.
- Intensive experience in factory, environment or tax law related field
- Preferable Skill / Experience: Experience in law firm (tier-one firm)
- Notarial service attorney
- TOEIC more than 700+
