• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices:
• Budget Management for Company Target Achievement, Department Policy, Personnel Movement and Turnover rate, Ethics & Company Philosophy, Talent Management, Succession Plan etc.
• Other jobs which will be assigned by company

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management or the other related fields
• – 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management (HRD/HROD) and at least 3 years of experience in managerial level
• Good English Proficiency and Computer Literacy
• Good Interpersonal skill with outgoing personality
• Creative thinking and Positive Attitude
• Able to work under pressure and good time management
• Good teamwork player and able to work independently
