About the company Products: Personal loan Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit;
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
- Responsible for Employee relation & discipline control & Benefits
- Coordinate and support Human resources tasks between Thai and Japanese Staff
- Updates working regulation & disciplinary control procedure
- Translate documents, form, etc. Japanese – Thai , English - Japanese that related to Human resources
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, male/female, 25-35 years
- Bachelor degree
- Japanese Language Skill N2 or N1
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Human resource or support role
- Having experience as Interpreter or translator will be advantage
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Good in written and spoken English and Japanese
- Good personality and Good communication skill.
- Dynamic, good personality and can be worked under pressure
