Workplace Area: Asia Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 or 8.30 – 17.30 Mon – Fri (2 Sat / month)
- Supervise overall GA tasks and make sure everything is smooth and well organized.
- Responsible for overall recruiting process of the company.
- Responsible for visa and work permit process
- In charge of employee rules, and regulation
- Responsible for labor affair
- Plan HR strategy (Formulation of expense budget, staffing planning and organization blueprint development)
- Support other task as assigned
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Experiences in HR&&GA over 5 years
- Experiences of management
- Working experience in Japanese company and understanding of Japanese working culture
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels
- Cheerful personality /Active / Strong
- Good command of Japanese (N3 above)
- Preferable: Good command of Japanese (N2)
- Preferable: Have car and driving license
