Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday)
- Handle all HR functions including HR & GA functions
- Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports
- Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, and salary and promotion system
- Manage overall picture of HR & GA Departments
- Report to the Director or MD
- Other assigned task by HR Director
- Thai nationality, Male and Female, 35-45 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
- years' experience in HR field.
- At least 3 years in management experience as well as experience of overall HR＆GA operations
- Experience of developing and Implementing the company HR system or regulation
- Experience in planning and improving company structure with a successful plans.
- Good command in English (Advanced Conversational - highest)
- Strong management skill
- Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require
