About the company Business Type: Manufacture Products: Manufacture and sale of electronic equipment parts (Flexible Printed Wiring Board, Membrane Stitch, HDD Actuator, Interface Cable, Thermal Solution Upgrade, Optical Communication Components, etc.)
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in Thailand
- Promote of planning and implementation of various personnel systems
- Make a fair adjustment among bases of various personnel systems
- Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
- Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
- Coordinate with government agencies related.
- Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
- Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park (Ayutthaya)
- Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday *1 – 2 times/month)
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 35-45 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Human Resource, Business
- Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
- At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
- HR labor management experience in the manufacturing industry
- HR policy experience such as remuneration strategy
- Experience in dealing with labor problems such as labor disputes
- Have an attorney qualification
- Conversational level Japanese
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
- English: Conversational – Business level
- Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable)
