About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–70,000THB

- Conduct valuation and financial model updated with actual and forecast
- Able to create financial model and prepare the sensitivity analysis
- Understand DCF valuation and SOTP
- Good relationship management with banks
- Able to understand contract and agreement and legal binding
- Perform sensitivities analysis on key model assumptions and projections
- Create, update, monitor and report the finance agreement compliance obligations list
- Assist in preparing monthly draw downs
- Assist in preparing materials for Board of Director's meeting, steering committee, lenders' requirement
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Minimum 3 years' in direct experience as Business Analyst/Financial Analyst
- Financial modeling and project finance experience is plus
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Occasional long hours and weekends
