• Establish and improve Compliance framework of the bank, formulate compliance plan, which consists of Compliance Risk Assessment (Both compliance risk and money laundering & financial terrorism risk, Compliance program and customer protection plan, establish and revise compliance related policies, rules, manuals on timely manner.
• Monitor newly establishment ore revision of relevant laws and regulations from several regulators e.g. BOT, SEC, AMLO, etc. and announce the information to relevant departments in the Bank to specify any impacts on the existing business. This include co-departments in the Bank's management and other departments to streamline the relevant process through clarifying the regulatory requirements and advising on how to best ensure compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to develop a good relationship with the regulators by two ways regular communication process and maintain a form of partnership relationship. This includes the submission of the application/ reporting to the regulators in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the Bank's policy/ rules/ manuals are up to dated and provide an advice to management and other department from the point of compliance with regulatory/legal requirements and their manual consistency and sufficiency.
• Conduct compliance check for a new product or service to ensure its sufficiency of compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct compliance test and review over activities in the Bank to ensure compliance with the relevant laws, regulations and the Bank's internal rules and provide and advice to management and other departments form the point of compliance with regulatory/ legal requirements, as well as, keep management abreast of the compliance concerns, including areas of weakness and propose new or changing laws, regulations and rules.
• Arrange the compliance committee meeting and prepare the documentation/ report regarding compliance related status, progress of compliance plan and other compliance matters. This includes the compliance report to senior management, executive committee, board of director, and parent company.
• Create and maintain a culture of compliance within the bank by providing relevant training to the business to ensure that they are aware on the compliance issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 32-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Laws, Business or Corporate laws
• At least 8 years of Compliance experience in banks
• Highly prefer strong experience in wholesale banking sector and capital market industries
• Creativity and initiative
• A proven record of successfully handling multiple responsibilities
• Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Thai
