- Issue Voucher
- Transfer money by Online Banking
- Maintain records on billing & collection status
- Generate invoice & DN and arrange for sending to clients
- Collect invoices from vendors and prepare documents for internal approval
- Inputting entire on accounting software
- Collect expense claims form employees and check
- Maintain & file accounting records
- Supporting preparation & submission of tax filling documents (VAT, withholding tax)
- Order stationary in office
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Workplace Area: BTS Chong Non Si
- Working Hour: 8:30 -17:00 (Mon – Fri)
- Thai nationality only, Female , 25-30 years
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in Accounting tasks especially Account Payable
- Knowledge about taxation, petty cash
- Understand invoice, billing
- Having positive attitude and tough
- English: Advanced Conversational level
