AR Assist Manager (30K-40K) (SDG-8478)

  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Supervise team member of Collection concerning Company's accounting procedures policies and tax compliance.
  • Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, coordinating contact with collections department
  • Review and calculates AR Provision and prepare manual journal entries
  • Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting, and account reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with company auditors, and other government related to accounting and tax matters.
  • Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of AR, GL
  • Other assignments as required by Management
  • Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in General Accounting, Tax and month-end closing at manager level.
  • Strong skills in using MS Excel, VLookup and other related program.
  • Experience working with ERP Accounting software
  • Good command of written and spoken English [Report/Presentation]
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and able work well under pressure to required deadlines
  • Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal
  • Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation & adaptability. Proactive, positive and can do attitude.
  • <Preferable Skill / Experience>
  • Having experience in Leasing business
