Associate Manager, Strategic Account Management Reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with J&J consumer, J&J Medical Devices and Janssen to initiate the strategic account management program in the strategic hospital across Thailand
  • Lead the development and communication of the Johnson & Johnson strategy to increase revenue and share in strategic accounts.
  • Intensive management of selected strategic accounts including cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, promote brand awareness and long-term profitable outcomes
  • Lead the strategy in collaboration with the Business Units (BU) to drive the Johnson & Johnson portfolio of products and solutions at select strategic accounts by optimizing cost and outcomes, increase patient access and improving efficiencies aligned with account priorities
  • Structure business deals by defining the overall strategic context, analyzing deal requirements, deal structure, potential and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities
  • Lead the end-to-end deal cycle including origination, solutions development, structuring, negotiation and closing to deliver a winning strategy including alliances and partnerships
  • Understand legal and regulatory constraints, working with internal legal and financial teams to develop appropriate strategies within the legal and regulatory framework
  • Develop a large deal of competence in the team and also develop tools and models for its functioning
  • Put together a commercial model with integrated offerings and modelled around an end to end offering
  • Partner with the Country Leadership to build a strong Johnson & Johnson brand and relationship at the C-Suite level within the flagship hospital and health system.
Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Pharmacy, Public health policy or another related field. Master's degree is preferred
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or healthcare related industries
  • Demonstrated leadership, networking, strategic, analytics, active listening, influencing and communication skills.
  • English proficiency: Business communication
